In preparation for your phone or email interview, we will ask you to answer the following five easy questions:

• In as few words as possible, please describe your business.

 

• What was your gross revenue the previous 12 months?

 

• Besides you, how many employees or contract laborers do you employ, both full and part-time?

 

• If you could change only one thing about your business, what would it be?

What to Expect

 

• After the initial interview, we will provide up to five free hours of investigative analytical counsel.

 

• The goal is to understand what you and your business are all about and what you want from your business and your life.

 

• We will talk individually with all key personnel.

 

• We will analyze your internal reports — including current income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and your business plan.
